  • Playoff update:
    • NBA Finals
      • Boston/LAL: The Celtics win 95-89 over the Lakers to make the series 2-2.  Now this is getting good... and I ain't a basketball fan!
    • AHL Finals:
      • Hershey/Texas: After last night's win, the series now stands at 2-2 and heading back to Hershey.
  • It is official now!  After a couple days of finalising and whatnot, Steve Yzerman and the Tampa Bay Lightning have announced Guy Boucher as their new head coach!  Oh good lord, read the first paragraph of the Lightning's release!  IT IS SO FUNNY!  They have a pronunciation guide and I was like, "What the deuce!  LAWL!"  Boucher has lead the Hamilton Bulldogs (AHL) to win 52 games and 115 points in the 2009-10 regular season.  Lightning
  • Serie A champions Internazionale have announced the signing of Rafael Benitez (I'm going, 'NOOO~!' inside and aloud).  Rafa has signed a 2-year contract with Inter.  Rumours have started that he is trying to lure Dirk Kuyt and Javier Mascherano from his former club, Liverpool.  But the source that stated that was the Guardian - don't know if you should believe it.  Internazionale
  • YO!!  The FIFA World Cup starts tomorrow!!  For all you footy fans cheering on South Africa, Mexico, Uruguay, or France - tomorrow is your day.
  • Happy birthday Brent Sutter (49)!!  And happy anniversary to Steve Yzerman and his wife, Lisa!  21 years and going stronger than ever!  Congrats you two!
