Les nouvelles

Long time no post, but I guess Spring Break can do that to one, eh? Anyways, here we go with some new thing I'm incorporating: gossip!!

(Little note: since this is being posted at an add hour, it'll have updates from the 30th and the 31st of March.)
  • Gossip: like I tweeted before, Shakira's music has been banned from the Santiago Bernabeau and Real Madrid because she and FC Barcelona defender, Gerard Piqué, have been publicly dating. Yes, rivalries do run that deep. Spanish source
    • Jack Wilkshere, Arsenal and English midfielder, and his now ex-girlfriend, Lauren Neal, are expecting their first baby around August. Prior to the split earlier this year, the pair dated for 3 years. No offence, but I don't see this lasting too long or too smoothly. Kickette, Daily Mail

  • Pittsburgh Penguins' captain Sidney Crosby is in full practice now, but has yet to make a match appearance.
  • Quite dated now but, Liverpool FC has signed a contract extension with Lucas Leiva that secures his future with the great English club. LFC
