  • What is this?  So Chad Ochocinco of the Cincinnati Bengals has decided to try his hand at authentic and true football.  The NFL player has signed a 4-day try-out contract with Kansas City of the MLS.  ESPN
  • Hey, Canuck fans!  Do you remember Dave Nonis?  Hey, Leaf/Marlie fans!  Your AHL team's GM Dave Nonis has been named as Canada's general manager for this year's upcoming World Hockey Championship in Slovakia.  TSN
  • So... this doesn't look too good for Harper's campaign for the next federal election.  Stephen Harper shot down the idea of funding from the Canadian federal government for a new hockey arena in Quebec City.  Yeah, that's a little political talk for you sport fans.  Will you still be voting for the Conservatives?  TSN
