  • I would like to honour and congratulate Gary Neville on a long, amazing career at Manchester United. Despite him playing under the Red Devils, I respect the English international and his skill with a football. Twenty years he played with Manchester, and 12 years he spent under the three lions. Congratulations on a wonderful career Gary Neville!
  • Earlier today, Brian Rafalski of the Detroit Red Wings has announced his retirement after eleven lustrous seasons in the NHL and two Olympic silver medals. It was a great getting-to-know-you Rafalski! Red Wings
  • New York Islanders have agreed for a contract extension with Kyle Okposo. The new contract will see the young forward in Long Island for another five years. Islanders

    • With a win against the Owen Sound Attack, the Mississauga Majors and the St. John Sea Dogs sit at the top of the table ahead of the Attack and the Kootenay Ice
  • AHL playoff update - Calder Cup Finals
    • Eastern Conference Champions, Binghamton Senators, will play the Western Conference Champs, Houston Aeros, on the Friday, the 27th for the Calder Cup Champions title.
  • NHL playoff update - Conference Finals
    • Eastern Conference Finals: Back in with Roloson, the Tampa Bay Lightning forced a Game 7 against the Boston Bruins in a series now tied 3-3
    • Western Conference Finals: After double OT periods and a hell of a party Downtown, the Vancouver Canucks are in the Stanley Cup playoffs for the first time in 17 years! Yea, you can bet that Vancouver has a crazy hangover. It was a good 5-game series, San Jose Sharks. Thanks!
